Woods Creek Kennels is located at our private home situated on 5 acres in Monroe,
WA. Our barn is fully heated and holds 12 private kennels for the "overnighters".
Each kennel is 75 sf with indoor/outdoor runs equipped with toys, water, a cozy
fleece blanket on a comfortable elevated Kuranda dog bed. They also enjoy
watching Animal Planet on tv from the comfort of their private suite.
During the day your dog will be OFF LEASH enjoying more than 3000 square feet
of romping room within one of our two safe, clean, supervised playgrounds;
"Land of Big Paws" and "Tiny Tots Land" depending on their size.

| ********************* Some Customer Comments... 10/05/2011 First, let me say that I'm as neurotic a pet owner as you'll ever meet ... I spoil, talk, coddle, baby and coo at our dog like he was a human child. Fortunately Jodi didn't dismiss me as some kind of nut job and let me drop him off at her kennels, anyway. I visited several kennels before deciding on Woods Creek - why? Because my husband and I had never left Nitschke (named after my husband's favorite linebacker, Ray Nitschke, of Green Bay Packer fame) alone in a kennel EVER. We were stuck, we absolutely had to board him as we had no one else to babysit while we flew to Wisconsin for a week. Finally I came upon Woods Creek and immediately liked everything about the facility the very first time I drove into Jodi's driveway. Jodi is warm, inviting, cares about her guests and does pretty much anything she can to put a first-time boarder at ease (both the dog and the dog's human) Nitschke needed some medicine to be administered and even that didn't throw her ... she disributed medicine, treats, hugs and praise to our little guy (even when he took off after her chickens). It was so reassuring! I cannot rave about this place enough - the pictures Jodi posts allowed us to see that our pup was happy and being well cared for and the peace of mind we had while we were gone was invaluable. When I picked him up, although he was happy to see Mom ... he was equally excited to let me know that Jodi was now one of his favorite 'inner circle' friends. He was excited and jumped to kiss her goodbye (no small feat as he's very short) It endeared Jodi to me all the more. You won't be disappointed in leaving your dog here, I can promise you that! We had not been separated from our dog for such a long time before. So it was difficult wondering where the best place to board her was. After a quick visit to Woods Creek Kennel we quickly decided that this was the place. Jodi posted pics on her website of our lab and always returned emails and any phone calls quickly. This gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation without stress. The pictures of the buildings and grounds are beautiful but they do not do this place justice. It looks better in person then in the pics. Highly recommend Jodi and Woods Creek Kennels. Pros: Emails and calls back very quickly, keeps you informed Cons: Not one draw back |
